pptest_netlist - check netlist.py’s own real kicad-cli-backed loading pipeline

pptest_netlist {--help|--version}
pptest_netlist is this project’s own real verification tool for netlist.py: it regenerates ppexample_circuit1 fresh (so this test has no dependency on a pre-built fixture file staying in sync with that circuit’s own definition), then loads the result back through netlist.py’s own real, kicad-cli-backed pipeline and checks the outcome — component values, key nets, real pin electrical types, and every query method — against that self-authored ground truth.
Run this after any change to netlist.py itself, or after a KiCad version upgrade that might change kicad-cli’s own netlist export format. It is also what make check runs as part of this project’s own real test suite.
--kicad-cli CMD
The kicad-cli(1) command to use, both for regenerating the example circuit and for loading it back. Defaults to $KICAD_CLI if that environment variable is set, otherwise plain kicad-cli on $PATH — the same convention this project’s own Makefile, ppnetlist(1), and pprender(1) already use.
--version
Show this project’s own current version (read from VERSION) and exit.
--debug
Also print every real component and net actually loaded, not just the specific values each check below spot-checks.
--quiet
Suppress the section header lines and the leading component/net- count line. Every [ok]/[FAIL] check result, and the final summary, are still printed — this silences routine narration only, never a real result.
